For your comfort you will find a courtesy breakfast, included in the price, consisting of a sweet snack and coffee for every morning of your stay and tea, herbal teas and fresh fruit based on availability. In our facility smoking is not allowed in any area. The King Room, with a completely indipendent entrance from the stairs, features a private whirlpool tub (not a Jacuzzi) – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring vibrant markets, baroque architecture, and coastal views. High ceilings, original tile floors, and vintage details preserve the unique soul of the house, while fresh renovations ensure a cozy, relaxing stay. In our Newly Renovated Apartment, the charm of Catania meets modern, sophisticated design. This approximately 60 square meter space is designed to comfortably accommodate three guests, or a couple with two small children (a crib or cot is available upon request), offering comfort, style, and functionality. The sleeping area includes a spacious bedroom with large double bed with a high mattress for a hotel-like rest. The bedroom also features a walk-in closet: extra space to organize your stay, perfect for longer stays too. The bedroom has a modern, functional, and finely finished bathroom, equipped with every comfort.
