The property used to serve as services (wood storage, water well, garage) for the old house, which dates back 1907. Renovation, which ended couple of months ago, has been designed to further enhace the spirit of tranquility and calm that the inner courtyard already provides.
The property is located in S.Biagio neighbor, one of the most safe and quiet of the city, within 5 mins walking you can reach the mesmerizing mosaics and architecture of S.Vitale, the timeless Dante's Tomb and countless more jewels of history this city offers, In the summer the beach can be reached upon a 10 min car drive or 20 min bus ride, which stops right in front of the property. Once you arrive we'll be happy to provide a map of the major attraction and restaurants.
