La struttura su trova nei pressi delle mura ma in campagna risulta molto tranquilla a molto vicina ad entrambe le uscite dell'autostrada e alla stazione (10 minuti a piedi). La struttura dispone di giardino interno con tavoli ove è predisposto un sistema automatico di allontanamento delle zanzare. Inoltre esiste un centro spa dotato di vasca idromassaggio sauna e doccia emozionale disponibile solo su prenotazione aperto dalle 11.30 alle 18.30. Esiste anche una ampia sala a comune dotata di tv 65 pollici e grande tavolo con 10 sedie.
