A welcome with a smell of the sea. Located in the city center, close to the sea, and with private parking, your stay in Pescara is convenient and easy. Just steps from the historic center and close to Pescara's marina. All amenities are within walking distance of the property.

Neighbourhood information

We're in the heart of Pescara's old town, 300 meters from the sea and the Pescara marina. We're very close to Gabriele D'Annunzio's birthplace and the Genti d'Abruzzo Museum, and connected to the modern city center by a bike path. The best restaurants are right in our neighborhood, offering meat, fish, and pizza. Everything you want is within walking distance.
