These apartments, located in the heart of Venice, offer an exceptional location, just a 3-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. Both apartments are in the same building — one on the first floor (smaller) and one on the second floor (larger). Please note: there is NO ELEVATOR in the building. INCLUDED AMENITIES: - Air conditioning (active from April 15 to October 1) - Heating (active from October 15 to April 15) - Mosquito screens on all windows , Free Wi-Fi - Smart TV with access to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.) PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: - Rental agreement signature required, as mandated by Italian law - The number of guests occupying the apartment must NOT exceed 4 CHECK-IN: - Our staff will welcome you at the apartment by appointment, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. - Late check-in requests (from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM) must be arranged at the time of booking, possibly accepted by us if possible, and are subject to an additional fee. Requests made on the day of arrival will not be considered, as they do not allow us to adequately organize the service. - Self check-in and unattended key collection are not permitted. WASTE DISPOSAL: By staying in an apartment (rather than a hotel), some basic daily responsibilities — like taking out the trash — are the guest’s responsibility. This is standard in vacation rentals, and it helps to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort for you and future guests.
