NEW 90 m2 Viletta house with a private garden and terraces of 50 m2 with distant views to the sea located in a residential complex of a small fishing village "La Caletta" which is surrounded by two wonderful virgin beaches and on the top of a hill with some dreamy sunsets. The house is 500 meters from the beach (15 minutes on foot), 250 meters from the services (10 minutes on foot) and 700 meters from the marina. The house consists of 1 master bedroom with a large bed of 150 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a supalco (loft loft) with original Japanese futon beds that can be joined into a bed of 160 cm and 80 cm 2. Mattresses Latex It has a large bathroom with shower and direct access to the rear terrace. Fully equipped with linens, towels, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, menage, electric stove for outdoor and TV Smart TV with Internet connection + WIFI. Air conditioning in option.
