The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with direct access to the balcony), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is also a fireplace and 2 cots available for children up to 15 kg. The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool (open from May 1st to September 30th), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and balcony. Riparbella is renowned for its wineries and restaurants offering a variety of local dishes. The town center is just a short walk from the property, and Volterra can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. You have 3 parking spaces on the property and 2 garage spaces. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. There is a charging station for electric vehicles. You can arrange a dinner with a private chef for an extra fee, depending on the menu agreed with the chef. Please do not move the furniture inside the villa.
