The house available for guests is on the first floor. The bathrooms are completely new and equipped with a large shower. The rooms are comfortable and all equipped with flat-screen TVs and independent air conditioning. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, four-burner gas stove, an electric oven and a fridge with freezer. The villa is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
The Villa consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with TV, a kitchen and a dining room. The exterior of the villa includes a very large garden, which overlooks the sea and the port of Forio, private parking and a swimming pool.
