The wi-fi is available throughout the accommodation. The password will be provided upon check-in. You will be provided with the remote controls for the air conditioners. The house is divided into two independent apartments. The villa has a private parking lot (for two cars) which can be accessed via remote control. The parking lot is attached to the villa. The villa is divided into two independent apartments. The first apartment consists of a living area where there is a kitchenette with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, then TV and sofa), bathroom with shower cabin and double bedroom. The second apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower cabin, equipped kitchen, with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, TV. From the second apartment you can access the patio, where there is a relaxation area with table, chairs and sofas under a wooden gazebo, overlooking the private garden available exclusively to guests. The entire villa (i.e. the two apartments, the garden and the parking lot) are rented exclusively and are not shared with other people.
My name is Tony Demarino, I am Villa Demarino's owner and I have been doing this job since 2019. I also manage other properties apart from this one. I have been managing as Property Manager a property with trulli and a pool in Martina Franca (Trulli Greta) since 2023. I like welcoming guests in person and interacting with them during their stay. My phone is always on for them.
Villa Demarino is located in the center of Castellana Grotte, in the Itria Valley. The train station is a few hundred meters away and can be reached on foot. About 50 meters from the house there is a bus stop connected to several surrounding locations, including Bari. Bari-Karol Wojtyla airport is about 60 km away (reachable in 40 minutes). Nearby there are shops, including grocery stores, supermarkets, bars, panic shops, butchers, a laundromat and a pharmacy. They are all reachable in less than five minutes on foot. The Castellana Caves are among the major attractions in the area, in particular the White Cave. There are several places of interest nearby (about 15 minutes by car):
