Villa Fani is a renovated property that combines a rustic style on the outside with a modern interior. Located in Malcesine, a few minutes from the center and the beach, it can accommodate up to 11 people, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open-space kitchen and living room. The garden, safe for animals, offers a swimming pool, a wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi, barbecue, gazebo, terrace and sun beds. The villa has a garage for one car and space for bicycles, motorcycles and sports equipment, with the possibility of two other uncovered parking spaces. Developed on 200 sqm, offers a partial lake view from the first floor. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to a kitchen-living room with fireplace and satellite TV, and a bathroom. A sliding door to the terrace and garden. The sleeping area includes a bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, and one with two single beds, sofa bed and a private bathroom. A loft hosts a study area where we find a sofa bed for two people, and on the first floor there is a bathroom and a room overlooking the lake and the castle of Malcesine. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. Possibility to have cot and high chair. Pets are allowed on request. Villa Fani is a luxurious villa set in a very quiet and private residential environment. The villa is suitable for groups and families looking for a relaxing holiday who love tranquility and respect that of others. IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS LOOKING FOR UNBRIDLED FUN. For the safety of guests, the outside of the villa is equipped with surveillance cameras. No type of drinks or food is provided and no consumable material (soaps, shampoo, etc....)
