Next to the pool there is a large gazebo with a bricked outdoor kitchen with sofas and a dining table, creating the perfect area for outdoor dining with friends. In the main house, a pergola furnished with sofas provides additional space for relaxation, while a pergola with direct access to the kitchen is furnished with sofas and a dining table, perfect for comfortable outdoor dining. The outbuilding also features a veranda with sofas and a dining table. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, there are three charcoal barbecues, perfect for barbecues with friends and family. The property has a private parking area which includes 6 parking spaces covered by a pergola and an automatic gate. The owner lives with his dog in the third house located within the property, and takes care of the management of the property, providing support and assistance to guests, always ensuring maximum privacy during your stay.
