La villa si trova in una parallela di Via Nuova del Faro, tra scenari unici che rievocano la storia, per la presenza dei Fortini, che costituivano il sistema difensivo occidentale fino a nord, alla Grotta Azzurra, in un'alternanza di piccole baie deliziose, tra le quali Cala del Tombosiello e Cala del Rio, caratterizzate da una bellezza memorabile.
