 Extra midweek cleaning: EUR 30.00 per hour per cleaner It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair). To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of eur 70.00. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Entering the villa, it is possible to reach the open-plan living area with a large living room, kitchen and dining area. Through a hallway it is then possible to access the sleeping area consisting of a bathroom and two bedrooms. Using the stairs in the living area, it is possible to reach the upper level with a large bathroom and double bedroom from which it is possible to reach the sea view terrace with pergola and sitting area. On the lower but not basement level there are two more bedrooms: one double and one twin; a further bathroom serving the bedrooms. Villa Levante offers its guests a minimal style but with attention to detail, the typical colours of a seaside villa, with an extra touch of elegance. It is also the ideal choice for a group of friends or two families, thanks to the separate and independent entrances that guarantee greater privacy. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.

About 5 km from the centre of the town of Monopoli and about 1 km from the wonderful beaches in the area, Villa Levante is part of a small residential complex nestled in the countryside behind the famous Apulian coastal dunes. Just a few minutes' drive away is the Capitolo area, renowned both for its sandy beaches and characteristic little restaurants overlooking the sea. Crossing the perimeter of Villa Levante, you enter the parking area that leads directly to a modern terraced roof garden decorated with plants and trees, located on the front of the house.
