The villa is on several levels, on the ground floor there is a large living room with lounge, dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom (Jasmine room) with bathroom complete with shower. Furnished with care and attention to detail on the first floor is the master area with two bedrooms, one double (Ficus room) and one with a single French bed (Agave room), shared bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. The double bedroom overlooks a large terrace with sea view. On the ground floor with a separate entrance, an annexe with a double room (Gerani room) and a double room (Limoni room), each complete with bathroom with shower. A two-room flat with independent external access (Bougainville flat) can accommodate 4 additional guests. It has a double bedroom, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, but no window. The villa offers guests ample relaxation areas with a large swimming pool (18x6 mt) and an outdoor Jacuzzi, sun loungers and parasol. There is a wood-burning oven, barbecue and a beautiful outdoor dining room with a sea view where guests can enjoy delicious meals in company. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 13 people. The villa is 1,5 km far from Marciana Marina, a village where you can find delicious restaurants, a supermarket and the possibility of a characteristic walk along the seafront. In this village the Sky TV serie “I delitti del Bar Lume” is filmed. The nearest beach is Procchio, 7 minutes far by car. Other beautiful beaches are: Fetovia, Cavoli and Capo Bianco. There is also the possibility of long walks and trekking surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation (Monte Perone and Monte Capanne). The villa can be reached from Portoferraio by car (nearest town where the ferry arrives) in about 30 minutes by car (about 15 km).
