Breathtaking views of the olive grove and the bay of Rapallo, behind the house a mountain stream with the starting point of trails to, among others, the famous Santuario Montallegro, where the cable car goes from the top of the hill to the center of Rapallo. On the ground floor first bathroom with toilet and bidet, shower, double sink and a separate storage room with washing machine, dryer, iron and extra refrigerator. To reach our house, a car or a scooter with a skilled driver is essential. The access road runs along the mountain and is quite challenging. The road is paved but narrow with hairpin turns and steep sections. Pay close attention to the passing areas for oncoming traffic. This road is not illuminated but marked with reflectors. Therefore, it would be helpful to arrive for the first time in daylight. We recommend a small car capable of navigating such roads, such as a Jeep Renegade, Panda 4x4, or Fiat Cross.
