Villa Nina is a charming villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region. The villa is located in the tranquility of Le Marche countryside just 6 km from the Adriatic coast. Its strategic position enables the guests to easily reach the most beautiful beaches in the region, from those of the San Bartolo reserve to the Conero Riviera, passing the most renowned inland borgos, such as Gradara and Urbino. The property is entirely fenced-in. With its own independent access, the housekeeper lives in a wing of the property, ready to satisfy every need of the guest while keeping the highest privacy. The villa is on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, a TV area with fireplace (for decorative purposes only), dining area, a small sitting room, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a covered patio. The patio is furnished with tables, chairs, and sofas—perfect for dining or relaxing in the shade. Next to the patio, there is a built-in barbecue, ideal for traditional summer grills. The villa features large windows and direct access to the garden along the entire perimeter of the property. From the main entrance, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and four additional bedrooms arranged as follows: one double bedroom connected by an internal door to a single bedroom (with the option to add an extra single bed), both sharing a bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom connected by an internal door to a double bedroom, both sharing a bathroom with shower.
