Villa with Terrace and Private Spa Our 140m² two-storey villa is composed as follows: on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and no windows, and our private spa with relaxation area, shower, infrared sauna and hot tub. Upstairs, there is a beautiful and spacious open-plan area with a living room, TV area, dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a double bedroom in the loft area with a private bathroom. The location is completed by a large outdoor terrace equipped with a table, chairs, awnings, and a barbecue area. Villetta Ginori is equipped with: independent entrance, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, safe, washing machine, hairdryer, hot tub, infrared sauna, private spa, barbecue and parquet flooring. Maximum occupancy 4 people.
The villa is located in the historic centre of Grosseto, adjacent to the Medici walls, in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, just a short walk from the city's main squares and all its attractions.
