Eco-Tourism s.r.l.s. is the integrated solution of services for sustainable tourism. From the design of eco-sustainable housing to sustainable mobility and nutrition. Eco-Tourism s.r.l.s. seeks to overcome the problems of territorial decontextualization, waste of energy resources and wild tourism. We are two brothers, Antonio, a designer architect and Luigi, a building contractor. Our solutions are aimed at companies that operate in the field of tourist hospitality and tourists who want to try new and environmentally friendly experiences.

The Vittoria Luxury House is an elegant jewel of Lecce architecture from the late 19th century. Independent and located on the first floor of an elegant building in the heart of Lecce, it stands out for its fascinating exposed vaults, for the suggestive lighting that recalls the Salento tradition, for the large and precious bathrooms completely in marble and crystal but above all for the amenities functional and technological offers that enhance comfort, making every stay a unique experience. The structure consists of 4 rooms: - a double bedroom with a balcony of approximately 25 m2; - a deluxe room with chromotherapy shower of approximately 35 m2; - a suite with a level terrace of approximately 55 m2 consisting of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and bathroom with glass vaults; - a suite with kitchenette of approximately 45 m2 consisting of a double bedroom and living room with sofa bed. All rooms have fascinating and unique exposed vaults created during the 2020 renovation as well as suggestive lighting of typical Salento tradition which enhances the perception of the rooms. Each room is equipped with independent air conditioning.

The Vittoria Luxury House is located on one of the main avenues of the city centre, near Piazza Libertini and near the suggestive Vallonea oak of Lecce (the oldest in the city). From the structure you can reach Piazza Sant'Oronzo, the Cathedral of Lecce, the Church of Santa Croce, the Castle of Charles V, Piazza Mazzini and Via Salvatore Trinchese (city shopping area) in a few minutes on foot. The area, easily reachable even by car, is well served by typical pastry shops, restaurants, charming bistros and clubs.
