Property information

Bright and comfortable three-room apartment located on the Lungomare di S'Anea Scoada, a step away from the beach and with a breathtaking sea view. The house consists of an entrance hall with living room and kitchen equipped with dishes and appliances such as an oven, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms: one is made up of two double beds, one of which is on a mezzanine that is easily accessible via a ladder, the other is made up of a double bed, for a total of 6 beds. There is 1 full bathroom with amenities. The house is completed by an equipped terrace, excellent for outdoor meals and for relaxation. Children of all ages are welcome for a fee. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
