Reservations are accepted from 1 day prior to guest's check-in date. Please call the property directly at least 30 minutes in advance to make a reservation.
The shuttle departs the property every hour between 08:30-12:30 and 14:00-19:00.
The shuttle departs Kawaguchiko Station every hour between 08:45-12:45 and 14:20-19:20.
The shuttle departs Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop every hour between 08:55-12:55 and 14:10-19:10.
