Free WiFi is provided throughout the property, and outdoor activities like fishing and horse riding can be enjoyed in the area. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from JR Niseko Station, and free pick-up shuttles are offered from the station when requested at time of booking. Fukidashi Park and Rusutsu Golf Resort are both within a 35-minute drive. Guests at Grand Hotel Niseko can choose to stay in Japanese-style room with traditional futon bedding, carpeted rooms with Western beds or rooms with beds and a tatami (woven-straw) seating area.
