1. Early Check-in After 12 PM, you may leave luggage inside the entrance but cannot enter the room until 4 PM. Notify us when leaving luggage. Do not unpack—unpacked items will be treated as lost property and disposed of. No guarantee for stored items. 2. Noise Avoid loud talking or noise. If complaints persist after warning, we will contact authorities and require you to vacate. 3. Smoking Strictly no smoking in rooms or facilities (including balcony). 4. Energy Conservation Turn off all electrical items when leaving. 5. Guest Entry/Exit Only registered guests allowed. Extra unregistered entries are not permitted. Shoes prohibited indoors. 6. Cleaning Report unclean areas at check-in only. No towel exchange or cleaning during stay; listed cleaning covers after check-out only. 7. Damage/Loss/Soiling Use room sensibly. Report any loss or damage immediately. For long stays, take care with water/oil stains; extreme soiling may require special cleaning. Lost keys will require replacement for security. 8. ID Submission Japan residents: representative’s ID/signature required. Non-residents: all guests’ IDs/signatures required by law. 9. Lost & Found Items kept for 1 week; then disposed. Food/drink discarded during cleaning. 10. Late Check-out If you wish to check out late, please notify us in advance; otherwise, extended stays are not allowed. 11. Extension Request by 8 PM the day before check-out; same-day requests may be declined.

Just a 6-minute drive from Rusutsu Resort. It takes about 90–120 minutes by bus or car from Sapporo or New Chitose Airport to Rusutsu Resort. We offer free shuttle service between Rusutsu Resort and our villa—please feel free to use it. At Rusutsu Resort, you can rent skis, snowboards, and full winter wear sets, so you can enjoy winter sports even if you arrive empty-handed. Around Rusutsu Resort, just 6 minutes away by car, you will find several convenience stores, restaurants, and roadside stations. In the summer, you can buy fresh ingredients from the famous local butcher shop “Tsuji Chikusan,” and in the winter, you can find seasonal local products at the roadside stations.
