Property information

SHIOKAZE is a fully private whole-house accommodation opened in November 2025. It is a single-tenant stay — complete privacy for your group only. We are located a 4-minute walk from Keikyu Miurakaigan Station with excellent access. This is a detached house. Maximum occupancy is 9 people. The best comfort is 4–9 guests. One car can be parked on our property. There are supermarkets, convenience stores (about 4-minute walk) and many restaurants nearby. The beach is also about an 8-minute walk. By car: • Soleil Hill: 18 minutes • Jogashima Park: 16 minutes • Yokosuka Base: approx. 39 minutes --- The Space This house is about 50 years old and has been renovated while keeping the charm of traditional Japanese homes. Bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Air conditioners are installed in the living room and 3 of the bedrooms. There is 1 double bed and 7 single beds, accommodating up to 9 people. There is a 65-inch Google TV (terrestrial broadcasting available) on the 1st floor. Pajamas are not provided. Please bring your own. Dining Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner IH stove, tableware, cookware, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and electric kettle. There is a dining table with 6 chairs for guests to enjoy meals together. Condiments are not provided. Bathroom There is a washbasin, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, electric dryer, hair dryer, bath towels, face towels, and amenities (toothbrushes, cotton swabs). Toilets There is one toilet on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. Amenities Shampoo / Conditioner / Body Soap / Face Wash / Skin Lotion Towels Body towels and bath towels are prepared for each guest. Wi-Fi Free Wi-Fi is available. No Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the entire building. Parking Please use the parking space on the premises. If it is not listed above, it is not provided. Please bring your own items as needed.
