Experience luxury in the Japanese countryside at our Togari Onsen, Nagano, Japan retreat. Choose from a 4-bedroom cottage or a pet-friendly 7-bedroom apartment, each for one group only. Enjoy private outdoor dining, Japanese-style baths, and shared amenities like a front desk, lounge, cafe, ski locker, and bicycle storage. 2 minutes from the lifts at Togari Onsen ski resort, it's the ultimate family getaway!

Neighbourhood information

Togari Onsen is a quiet resort, all levels of terrain, and has the same massive snowfalls as Nozawa Onsen or Madarao. Easy access to Shin-etsu trail for hiking and trail-running. Beautiful rural location to experience the Japanese countryside. Restaurants, bars, shops, and onsen baths at bases of the resort. Great central location for snow sports, snow monkeys, culture, and more. Over ten other resorts are super close, including Nozawa Onsen, just 15 minutes drive away. In summer, we have great access for hiking, kayaking and e-biking. May-October, we have a large terraced BBQ area with a mountain view. We can rent everything you need for the grill (tongs, paper plates, cups, chopsticks etc) so all you have to do is bring the food! Ask us about guided e-bike tours and Shugendo experiences.
