Our guesthouse, built in 2021, offers a clean, modern, and well-maintained space for your stay. Conveniently located, it is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest store and a 5-7 minute drive to the city center and about 30 min walk. Situated in a safe and peaceful area, our guesthouse is ideal for those seeking tranquility away from the noise. We can accommodate up to 14 guests on the second floor. The hosts reside on the ground floor. Please note: We have a strict policy against alcohol consumption (due to the security reasons) and do not check in guests under the influence of alcohol. Thank you for your understanding.

Your hosts, Turat and Gulya, look forward to warmly welcoming you to the guesthouse. They are known for their kindness and hospitality and are always available to assist with any questions or requests. As a special touch, they will treat you to homemade jam and fresh apples from their garden, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and memorable.
