Property information

Juin is located in a secluded and peaceful residential neighborhood. It is a secret space that can be found by walking along the red walls that are full of Korean retro sensibilities. It's a place where you can forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. So artists stay here while working on their art. Juin is close to Gocheok Sky Dome, and there are many hidden restaurants located behind Guro Station (NC Department Store)☺️

Juin is located a 6-minute walk from Guro Station in Seoul. North of Guro Station is a park along Anyangcheon Stream(안양천), where you can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring. South of Guro Station, you'll find Guro Street Park(구로거리공원), NC Department Store & amenities, and undiscovered restaurants. The neighborhood is close to business districts including the Guro Digital Complex and offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere after rush hour.
