WECOSTAY Chungmuro is new building and fully furnished. The room is equipped with all necessary amenities needed: -cup/wine glass/regular glass -wine opener -sauce pan/stew pot/frying pan -tableware/kitchenware -microwave/electric kettle -toothbrush&paste/shampoo/soap/conditioner/bodywash -hairdryer -towels Smart TV with Youtube and Netflix(Account needed). *No parking lot *Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste will be provided in guest rooms only until December 31, 2023. Beginning on January 1, 2024, in compliance with the new regulations set forth by the Ministry of Environment, accommodations and hotels will be prohibited from offering single-use plastic products to their guests. House Rules *Early check-in and late check-out incur an additional charge of 10,000 won per hour. ▶ Room information: Will be sent via message around 12:00 on the day of check-in. ▶ Luggage storage information: Available for free on the day of check-in/out. For other days, an additional charge of 5,000 won per day is incurred. ▶ Smoking cessation information Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, including guest rooms. Violations will result in a fine of 200,000 won and immediate eviction. Refunds and cancellations are not possible due to this. ▶ Cleaning service Please be advised that my accommodation does not provide cleaning services during your stay. A cleaning fee will be charged if interim cleaning is requested during your stay. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
