If required an extra single bed or two can be added in the family suite at a cost of USD 40 per bed to accommodate up to 8. The access to the villa is on a bituminized road 40 m off the main road. The villa is architect designed, tastefully furnished, with ample space in the lounge and dining areas to relax in privacy. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with a manicured lawn, fragrant frangipani, water lilies, mango and coconut trees and rare fauna make it a hidden gem ensconced midst the serenity of nature. The lounge area provides a magnificent view of the ocean and pool. Breakfast, taxes and daily cleaning are included in the villa rate. Bookers with arrival date exceeding 120 days from booking date may be required to pay a deposit of USD 500.00, refundable, if cancelled 30 days before arrival.

Sri Lankan beer and Rockland Gin made in Sri Lanka are very popular with our guests, inexpensive and recommended. Our staff are friendly but always respect your privacy. We have a resident manager on site who is available to assist you with your needs. If you need assistance with transport to the many attractions in the area, we arrange it with outside transport owners with special rates which you can avail yourself of. For those who want to be active inhouse, volleyball, beachball, badminton, angling, kite flying, swimming, walking tours, cycling, boat rides, fishing trips, canoeing, card games and other kids games will keep you busy. The villa is like no other and the ambience radiated indoors and outdoors is just great. You experience paradise staying here and appreciate the beauty and tranquility that nature has bestowed on us. During the high season from December to March, and other days when it is calm, the ocean outside the villa is swimmable. When the sea is rough, swimming should not be undertaken.

For nature lovers there are many interesting places to visit. One can take a boat ride at the popular Kalametiya Bird Sanctuary 3 kilometres away, the natural habitat of over 60 species of birds. The Kahandamodara lagoon is 400 meters from the villa . Kayaking on the Rekawa lagoon 10 minutes away or visiting the turtle beach at dusk is a memorable experience. The area also has monkeys, rock squirrels, polecats, mongoose, moose deer and other small mammals. Day trips to the two largest and most famous game reserves, Yala and UdaWalawe can be undertaken. A drive to Yala takes 2 hours and Udawalawe 80 minutes where elephant, leopard, bear, deer, wild boar, crocodiles and other mammals and bird life can be sighted. The famous Bundala Bird Sanctuary is a 90 minute drive. Tours can be arranged to see the whales and dolphins in the ocean and the UNESCO listed Heritage City of Galle Fort within an hour's drive from the villa. There are a number of surf and swimming beaches nearby in Tangalle, Mawella, Polhena, Mirissa, Dikwella, Weligama and Ahangama where the stilt fishermen still practice the art of catching fish in the traditional way. On the way to Galle stop at Unawatunne beach to swim with the turtles. Boat rides and fishing trips for anglers are arranged at the Kalametiya Fisheries Harbor. The eighteen hole International Golf Resort is a 20 minute drive. Turtle beach is a 15 minute drive where turtles are seen at dusk laying their eggs on the beach. A day trip (2.5 hours) to the scenic hill town of Ella famous for its waterfalls, tea plantations, nine arches railway bridge, trekking to Little Adams Peak and exploring the mountains and rolling valleys is another highlight. A tuk tuk tour around the villages will give you a glimpse of the traditional, simple, contented way of life of the village folk practicing Buddhism and enjoying peace of mind. For guests with their own drivers, accommodation and meals can be arranged in the neighborhood homes.
