Welcome to Don Nicholas Villa, an ancient house renovated with an modern touch. What sets our villa apart is the abundance of open spaces and breezy balconies. The house is designed to let you breathe, offering plenty of corners to relax with a book or enjoy the view. The villa features four spacious bedrooms. Three of these are en-suite with attached bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom has its own dedicated private bathroom just adjacent to the room. This villa is most suited for families to spend a relaxing vacation, as well as for large gatherings, office retreats, or long-awaited reunions with university batchmates.
I'm an Architect who lives in Colombo. This is the house that I grew in and a place with lots of memories.
Don Nicholas Villa is located moments away from Ahangama beach which is a massive tourist attraction. We sit in the 'Golden Mile' of the south coast, giving you easy access to the famous beaches of Weligama, Midigama, Koggala, Mirissa, and Unawatuna.
