Hello, reader! A bright, cozy and inviting holiday house is located in the forest, by the pond! It is located only 1.4 km from the center of Ligatne, easily reachable on foot. The house has a sauna, a shower room, a toilet and a large living room area combined with the kitchen. On the second floor, a mansard with a double bed, from which you can observe the wonderful view that opens through the panoramic window. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - induction stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, pots, glasses and other household items to spend quality and comfortable days here in Līgatne. The property is particularly notable for its beautifully manicured parkland, the existing oak trees will remind you of its historical heritage, and if you are attentive, you will come across a deer or the local hare, which are frequent visitors. The House in Silence is a place for both the happy and the travelers or just the tired, where you can relax your mind, listen to yourself and maybe sometimes even afford not to hear yourself, not to think, but simply to see, feel, smell what nature has to offer. Renew your strength to go ahead and realize your big life goals! What to expect: • privacy, scenic, clean environment; • walks in a private park of 4.86 ha; • sunbathing, swimming in the summer; • autumn mushrooming; • in all seasons - enjoying the sauna and heated pool; • cooking on live fire; • Touring Ligatne and nearby towns by bike; Possibilities: you can take part in great clean-ups in the park and enjoy a delicious meal cooked over a live fire; boating along the Gauja.
