The apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic three-story building. The building was originally inhabited in 1890, but underwent a complete renovation, which was completed in 2024. The apartment is designed for the comfort of a single family and consists of a spacious living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen area, a large dining table for up to 6 people, a master bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, as well as a children's room with a convertible bed (for one or two children) and a pull-out armchair/bed. Thanks to the two separate bedrooms, the apartment is equally well suited for two couples who wish to stay together but still enjoy privacy.
The apartment has been designed with special care – its owner furnished it for the needs of their own family and also uses it personally from time to time. That’s why the interior is simple yet thoughtfully arranged, featuring quality materials and a focus on comfort and coziness.
The windows face the courtyard to the east, so the morning sun will be a pleasant companion for breakfast. As for sunsets, you can enjoy them on Liepāja’s beautiful sandy beach, located just a 13-minute walk away. Liepāja is a compact and convenient city – almost everything is within a 10 to 30-minute walking distance from the apartment. At the same time, the apartment is located far enough from the main open-air concert venues, the busy beach area, lively bars, and nightlife spots to ensure peace and quiet even during the peak season.
