Fully equipped two room apartment is ideal for a holiday or business stay - absolutely new and modern. The place is in the quiet area by the Seaside park (Jūrmalas parks) with a big kid’s attraction zone and the Baltic Sea.For your cozy and comfortable staying apartment features: - seperate bedroom (double bed, a wardrobe, armchair, linen, iron and ironing board) - studio type living room (comfortable sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV), fully equipped kitchen zone (refrigerator, stovetop and essentials kitchenware make it possible to do your own meal) and dinner/working place, - bathroom with shower (towels and toiletries), washing machine and hair dryer. - free Wi-Fi access, cable TV with cable channels and car parking (near the house on the street)
The place is in the quiet area by the Seaside park (Jūrmalas parks) with a big kid’s attraction zone and the Baltic Sea seaside. Within a short 5 minutes walk you will reach our pearl of nature - The Baltic sea seaside with a white sand and beautiful sunset. The heart or our city you will reach after 15 minutes walk (on foot) or 6 minutes by car. Nearest shop is only 3 minutes walk, Supermarket – 11 minutes (on foot) or 2 minutes by car..... Liepāja is a bicycle-friendly city. Well, more than 50 km long bicycle lanes have been created. Therefore, I offer my guests to rent women's and men's bikes (26 "and 28") for a very friendly price and explore the city in an environmentally friendly way, and the evening ride at sunset along the sea will definitely be unforgettable.
