House rules To preserve the calm, safety and quality of the property, parties and loud events are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours after 10:30 p.m., in accordance with the building rules. Only the people registered at the time of booking are allowed to access the apartment, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Guests may smoke only on the balcony-terrace and must use the ashtray provided. All equipment, furniture and appliances must be used with care, and any damage or incident should be reported as soon as possible so that we can find a simple and appropriate solution together.
