Just the slow, comforting rhythm of desert life. If you wish, we can share stories, guide you through the village, or take you on a desert experience with the respect that the Sahara deserves. Dar Nomad is not luxury. It is authenticity, presence, and peace.

Welcome to Dar Nomad, a traditional mud house built in the old style of the Sahara. My name is Mbarak, and I grew up between the dunes of Tagounite and the dry winds of the desert. This house was not designed to impress – it was created to breathe, to hold stories, and to offer a peaceful place to travelers who want something real. Generations before us lived in mud houses because they protect from heat, keep the air calm, and hold a quiet wisdom in their walls. We continue this tradition with respect, offering a home that is simple, clean, and made with honest hands. Dar Nomad is for travelers who appreciate authenticity, silence, and human warmth. Here, we don’t welcome guests. We welcome friends.

We are located in a quiet, friendly part of Tagounite, surrounded by palm trees, small shops, local families, and the rhythm of everyday Moroccan life. Children play in the street, neighbors greet you kindly, and the evenings are filled with stars and silence.
