Guests enjoy full private access to the entire room, along with shared use of the rooftop terrace on the third floor. Please note: there are a few steps between the lift and the terrace. Linen & Bedding 🛏 Bedsheets and towels are prepared according to the number of guests on your reservation. ➕ Extra towels or bedding can be provided upon request (additional charges apply). Local Conditions 👷 Construction or renovation works may occur in nearby properties between 07:00 – 19:00, as permitted by Maltese law. House Guidelines 🌙 Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00 to ensure a peaceful environment. 🚭 No parties, pets, or smoking inside the property. Licensing 📜 All our properties are fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA). 🔴This is a self-catering property with no reception or daily cleaning. One set of towels per guest is provided. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Breakfast and hotel-style services are not included. The property is close to Paceville’s nightlife, where some evening noise may be heard, and nearby construction may occur between 7 am and 7 pm except Sundays.
