A tastefully designed and decorated townhouse in Paola with 6 independent suites. The Green Studio Suite is located on the 2nd floor of the Monreal Boutique Townhouse accessible via a beautiful typical stone staircase. The suite enjoys a double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioner and a small outdoor space. The property has been meticulously designed, centrally located facing the beatiful basilica of the town of Paola. The property is a a few minutes walk to the Hal Saflieni Hypogeum and the Tarxien temples and just 4km away from the Malta international Airport and the three cities. A convenience shop, and a shopping area/mall are within walking distance. Book early to secure availability.
