Before booking, please message us first to confirm if hosting your event is possible. Please note: A venue fee and a security deposit are required in addition to the accommodation. The venue fee is calculated based on the total number of guests. Our property can accommodate up to 120 guests (including guests) For pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Staff on site: Please note that 2 staff members live in the service area of the property. The service area has its own entrance through the garage, and it’s separated from the main living space. Guests have full and exclusive use of the main areas of the villa during their stay. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly for long stays. In accordance with the platform's payment structure and applicable tax regulations, we can only issue invoices only in the name of the guest who appears on the reservation. The invoice cannot be issued to other third parties or companies.

Guests can choose based on their preference.

San Miguel's stunning architecture, colorful streets, and enchanting traditions have made this town in Guanajuato one of the most important destinations for tourism in Mexico and a designated UNESCO world heritage site. The city has also been awarded as The Best City in the World to live in more than once! There are a lot of ways to get around the city from our home. A 2 car garage inside the property makes coming and going with a car super easy. If you would like airport pickup and dropoff, or to have a private driver at your disposal, we can share our trusted contacts with you. Most importantly, everything in the center of the city is walkable in around 20 minutes. And finally, there are taxis and Ubers available in the city available at reasonable prices.
