We are a property management and vacation rental company that really love to host in our selected, prime locations properties and we'll do anything to provide the best service! Our concierges will be receiving you with a big smile between 9:00 to 18:00 (self check-in is available) and will gladly to assist you with transportation from and to the airport, and with touristic activities, tours, private chef, etc. (additional cost).

Awaking with sunrise in front of the ocean, palms trees and the feeling of the breeze, you get the best of Playa del Carmen: nature and comfort in a prime location. Ocean Plaza by Zamá Homes is a Ocean front building located just 2 minutes walking distance to the 5th avenue and the night life of Playa del Carmen, next to 12th street (club street) Mosts of the bedrooms are in the back of each unit, still it can be loud some dates in the ¨Garden/city view¨ apartments. Parking onsite is free and subject to availability. There are 6 double parking spots for a total of 12 cars, shared between 20 condos. Since most guests do not have cars, there’s usually plenty of parking spots available. On holiday seasons that might change of course. Please enjoy the place and treat it as if it were yours.

Walking distance to anywhere in town were you will find the best restaurantes, coffee, malls, gym, spa, co-working, supermarket and pharmacy, bars and shops, Absolutely no car needed.
