Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. In accordance with the platform's payment structure and applicable tax regulations, we can only issue invoices only in the name of the guest who appears on the reservation. The invoice cannot be issued to other third parties or companies.
