This house is situated on Baleia Azul Estate in Ponta Mamoli. The accommodation is built in the form of a lodge with 4 bedroom cottages standing separate from the main living area. Each bedroom has the following: Luxury Cloud Nine king size beds in 3 of the bedrooms and 1 bedroom have 2 single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed or pushed apart as 2 single beds. All 4 bedrooms have a loft room with a further 2 single beds, all linen provided, en suite bathroom consisting of a large shower, a separate toilet, and a hand basin, air conditioning, wall fan, safe, own small private deck with stunning sea views. This house has a jacuzzi, built-in charcoal/wood braai, Built-in Pizza Oven, boma area, bar area, and a pool on the main deck. Please take note that the pool does not have a safety net or fence around it, so if there are kids that cannot swim it's at your own risk. DSTV in the central living area. DSTV decoder and card supplied, so no need to bring your own. Wifi available depending on use can be topped up easily by giving cash to our helpers The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. All cleaning materials are supplied. The water comes from a borehole and there is a filter system but it's advised to take drinking water with it. The kitchen consists of a Fridge, Upright Freezer, Chest Freezer, Additional Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Gas Stove, Oven, Toaster, Blender, Hand Mixer, Air Fryer, Plunger, Ice Maker, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Pizza oven. Only the housekeeper can operate the washing machine, you need to take your own washing powder with you. There is a flat bottomed cast iron pot as well as a 3 legged potjie pot. All bedrooms and central facilities overlook the sea. Please note that the lofts are relatively small but are more than suitable for children. Adults can definitely sleep in the lofts but will be unable to stand up straight. (Approx height 1.5 metres) The king-size beds in all the bedrooms have mosquito nets.

**Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. There is a generator at the house in case of power outages. Should there be no fuel, clients can purchase fuel for their own account. There are canisters available, and fuel is available in Ponta D’ouro. Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under-25s without parental/adult supervision. STAFF TIP There is a compulsory, daily staff tip of R80 per staff member per day, this includes your day of arrival and departure. The house has a full-time housekeeper and gardener who work at the house. If you are more than 9 people, an extra housekeeper is brought in; she must be paid R100 per day, including your arrival and departure dates. Anna is in charge of cleaning, making beds, and dishes. Absa is in charge of the braai area, garden and general maintenance. HOURS OF WORK: Weekdays - 08:00 to 16:00 Weekends and Public Holidays - 08:00 to 14:00 (Midday) CHRISTMAS DAY - The staff will come in for a maximum of 2 hours from 08:00 to 10:00 if absolutely necessary. Please respect the fact that they also have families and would like to spend Christmas with them. Dishes Anna will wash all the dishes from the night before, first thing in the morning Anna will do the breakfast dishes after she's made the beds. Should you want her to stay longer and do more dishes, please negotiate with her directly. LAUNDRY Anna will do laundry if required at a cost of R120 per load. Should you want either one of them to do ANYTHING else for you, please negotiate with them directly. They are both, of course, keen on earning a bit of extra money. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is a R4000 fully refundable breakage deposit, which is refunded 14 days after your departure date. NO PETS ALLOWED.
