I've been visiting Nigeria since 2012 and I usually stay in this flat. The area ( though peaceful and quiet) can be described as a village. it has close proximity to Lekki. From the flat, it is a 10 minute bike ride to the ferry terminal and another 15 minute ferry ride to Badore and onward journey to Lekki/Ajah. The flat has Settee, bedding, air conditioning, water, electric security fencing, security guy, burglary doors at both front and rear entrances, tiles in the sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom has carpet/rug, bed and wardrobe. Both sitting room and bedroom has air conditioning. Generator is available too. Big garden for parties. Disadvantages include bad roads, epileptic power supply though generator is available. Anything required ( within reason) would be provided.

Ijede is a typical sleepy village. The closest landmark is egbin power station. As explained earlier, the busy atmosphere of Lagos island is just across the Lagos lagoon. You can either go by ferry which takes 20 - 30 minutes or drive via 3rd mainland bridge which takes 2 hours.
