A studio is located on the first floor and in a cozy place above a lively shopping street. As soon as you step into the hallway, you enter the living space through the left door. Here, a comfortable couch invites you for relaxing evenings with your favorite series on the television. This space also serves as your bedroom. There is a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and blackout window coverings. You can easily store your clothes and luggage in the spacious wardrobe. At the cozy but compact dining table, suitable for three people, you can enjoy lingering meals or make plans for the next day. And how about cooking yourself? Our kitchen has everything you need: from a hob to an oven, and from a dishwasher to a fridge with a freezer compartment. With the help of the toaster, you can make a delicious toasted sandwich in the morning, and the coffee bean machine and kettle guarantee a perfect cup of coffee or tea. A nice extra feature in this accommodation is the washing machine in the kitchen. So, after a wonderful day at the beach, you can easily freshen up your towels for the next day. On the balcony, with its southern location, you can enjoy delightful sun rays from noon until sunset. It is furnished with comfortable chairs and a coffee table, ideal for relaxing moments outside. The bathroom is equipped with a modern sink, an advanced mirror, and a shower full of modern gadgets, including the toilet. Note: we do not have special facilities for the very young (up to 2 years). Also, pets cannot stay in this accommodation. Additional point of attention: there is no free parking directly at the studio. But don't worry, just a 2-5 minute walk away you will find various parking garages (for a fee).
