From Farm to Guesthouse Until the land consolidation in 1988, the farm was an active dairy farm. That same year, Marcel and Dineke Luten bought the then-abandoned farm and transformed it into what it is today. At the time, only the timber frames from the barn (now the main hall) to the back of the farm remained. Marcel and Dineke didn’t have to think long about their plan to turn it into a group accommodation with separate holiday cottages.
