The property (2 guest rooms, accessible by stairs) is situated in a peaceful neighborhood and offers a terrace at the front of the property. When it is beautiful weather breakfast can also be served on request on the terrace. Free high speed WiFi access is available throughout the whole property. The parking rate is € 1.66 per hour from Monday until Saturday between 9 and 19 h in the neighbourhood of the B&B and € 9.90 for a day ticket. The shared bathroom on the same floor features a shower and free toiletries. Extras include bed linen and towels. An airconditioning is available in both guest rooms. The home made daily breakfast is available and served at the door of your room. Schiphol Airport is 12.9 km away and can be reached by train within 12 minutes. The property also offers baggage storage service and a guarded parking space for bicycles.

What makes our property so special is that it has only 2 bedrooms for a maximum of 4 (four) guests. Every morning we serve a nice breakfast at the door of your bedroom. Our house was built in 1953 and the guestrooms have been renovated in 2016 and 2023. Did you forget your USB charger? No problem, we always have several wires (iPhone/micro USB/USB-C) and a special socket for USB. We explain about ways of transport in the area. Do you have your own (motor)bike? You can park your (motor)bike in the backyard. We'll take care of them for a reasonable additional charge. You may use our chain lock when you take your own bike with you. We have high speed WiFi. Do you come by car? There is paid parking on Monday till Saturday from 09.00 and 19.00 h for EUR 9.90 for the whole day or EUR 1.66 for one hour. Both of the guest rooms have air conditioning. When you want to turn on the air conditioning or adjust the temperature, please contact us and we will take care of this with the air conditioning app. On Sundays the check out time is 09.00 instead of 10.00. Contrary to the other information on Booking B&B has the right to charge a deposit of E 100,- per room as a deposit for reasons like smoking, having the possion on drugs or drug related items, unannounced visitors, prostitution, violence etc. as long as these happenings are not covered on the deposit of E 100.- of Booking. We do have the right to do so.
We like to take care of our guests, to prepare a delicious breakfast and our family life. I am a happy and open person. :)
Our neighbourhood is usually quiet and peaceful. It's still Amsterdam, but without the usual noise you hear in the city center. After a long day in the center it is so good to have a good sleep without the noise of others. :) Our B&B is less than 2.9 km from the side of the city center of Amsterdam, so easily to be reached by bike or foot, since we think it is not safe to use the public transport in general. We are also close to the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station that can bring you to Zaanse Schans, Haarlem, Leiden, Amsterdam Beach (Zandvoort), Den Haag and whereever you want to go. At the Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station is also a bus stop of FlixBus. It's easy to reach the Dam Square, the Anne Frank House, the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, the City Museum (Stedelijk Museum) and many more museums.
