The house is fully equipped and offers access to the communal swimming pool. Ideal for families or nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts, groups of young people are not permitted. A camp bed and high chair are available. The ground floor features a spacious, sunny living room with cosy seating, decorative fireplace, dining table, and direct access to the terrace and garden. Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin, and toilet. The first floor has two more bedrooms-one double and one with two single beds-and a second bathroom with shower, two washbasins, and toilet. The house is non-smoking with smoke and fire detectors, CCTV for safety, and dogs are not permitted.
