“Gut geschnittene Schlafzimmer mit Dachluken zur Belüftung. Ausstattung Küche war ganz ok. Größere Töpfe oder scharfe Messer findet man woanders auch nicht. Netter Außenbereich. Lage zentral. Mir dem Fahrrad zum Strand war kein Problem.”

“Eine zentral gelegene Wohnung, klein aber fein, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Die Gastgeberin Jantine war sehr lieb und freundlich. Toll ist vor allem die Lage, da es wenige Minuten zum Supermarkt, Bäcker und ins Zentrum sind.”

In this in 2017 newly build residence there's a cosy sitting room, a diningtable and a brand new kitchen with all the modern facilities you may expect, including a dishwasher. The house is provided with 2 bedrooms; a masterbedroom 'Sea and Dunes' including a doublebed, and a smaller bedroom 'Forest' which is accomodated with a bunk bed. A beautiful separate bathroom where you'll find the a sink, a walk-inn shower and a toilet.
To rent Coastal Dreaming is my dream come true. With a hospitality background it's great to receive my guests and make sure they will have a great time in Egmond aan Zee! I am honoured to serve my guests:-)
Constructed in early 2017, this residence is ment to give you the best expercience at the Dutch coast ever! As a starter you've got a private parking place at the property, and a large and safe-for-the-kids garden at the sunny side. Beach and dunes are to be found at less than a 10 minute walk. As the house is located in the city-centre of Egmond aan Zee, shops, supermarket, restaurant and bike-rental are very nearby and easy to find. Egmond aan Zee is perfectly located to enjoy nature: besides the beach and breathtaking dunes, its's nearby beautiful forests, tulipfields (seasonal) and polders. The village is gifted with lots of restaurants, boutiques, a supermarket, bikerental possibilities and of course a time-honoured lighthouse which is still active these days! More interested in human activities? Visit Alkmaar for a lovely boattrip, Haarlem for a perfect shopping trip or our capital Amsterdam.
