The minimum age of all adults traveling with you must be at least 25 years (except own children of the travelers).

Please note that due to rising energy costs (electricity and gas), we charge additionally according to consumption.

If you are traveling with a dog, there is a fee of EUR 60 per dog for stays of up to 5 nights, otherwise the fee is EUR 12 per night.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. You can rent them on site for an additional charge or bring your own as follows:

- Bedding set EUR 12 per person (1 bed linen and flat sheet)

- Towel set: EUR 7 per person (1 large and 1 small towel)

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
