Rurally located on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest, we rent out our "6-person Koetshuis" and our new Tiny House. We have converted the former coach house into a beautiful apartment and is located next to our farm with its own south-facing terrace. In 2023 we had our Beautiful Tiny House built. If you want to stay in a quiet environment where nature plays the leading role, then this apartment or Tiny House is for you. Small children will have to be watched because of ditches without fences. Apartment layout: our apartment has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hob and combination microwave. A separate toilet and a bathroom with double sink, shower and washing machine. The master bedroom has a luxury box spring from Swiss Sense. You will also find a staircase to the loft where sleeping area 2 is located. Here you have 2 separate beds that can also be made into 1 large bed. We, Ate and Gerda have been owners since 2016 and have made our farm in Jelsum completely sustainable. We also grow and sell organic fruit and vegetables and you will find sheep and chickens. Storks and deer are also regular guests with us.
