Het appartement is gelegen op de 1e verdieping (lift aanwezig) en recentelijk gerenoveerd en nieuw ingericht. Vanuit de hal komt u in de gezellig ingerichte, ruime woonkamer met schuifdeuren naar het balkon waar u bij mooi weer heerlijk in het zonnetje kunt ontbijten; tv en dvd-speler zijn aanwezig. De gehele woning is voorzien van een mooie laminaatvloer. Goed ingerichte open keuken met combimagnetron, waterkoker, Nespresso, broodrooster, vaatwasser en kookplaat. Eettafel voor 4 personen. Twee slaapkamers waarvan één met tweepersoonsbed en ruime kledingkast. Tevens vanuit deze hoofdslaapkamer toegang tot de ruime badkamer met dubbele wastafel, douchecabine, toilet en wasmachine. Tweede slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden en kledingkast. 2 slaapkamers, max. 4 pers. Wi-Fi Balkon met tuinmeubels Overdekte fietsenstalling Parkeerplaats Hond toegestaan, max. 1

Residentie Petten Beach, gebouwd in 1994, ligt midden in het gemoedelijke centrum van Petten. Het strand met enkele strandpaviljoens en het nieuw aangelegde panoramaduin is op slechts ongeveer 500 meter loopafstand, winkels en het marktplein liggen letterlijk naast de deur. Het gebouw met 21 woningen omsluit U-vormig een kleine patio. Op de begane grond vindt u een café/restaurant.
