At B&B Saenliefde you can stay the night in an old Zaans warehouse dating from 1680. Atmosphere of yesteryear, with the comfort of today! Our accommodation offers both tourists and business travelers the advantages of free parking on site, an EV charging point, good Wi-Fi, and a workspace in the room. Four different rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Two of them overlook the river, two others border on the garden. In this garden you can sit or enjoy your extensive breakfast when the weather is nice. If you come by car, you can park on our grounds and bicycles can be stored in the barn. Would you rather travel by public transport or by boat? That is also possible! Wormerveer station is within walking distance and boats can moor in front of the door at our own jetty. Saenliefde has a very central location for exploring North Holland: many beautiful things can be reached within half an hour. Think of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem or the beach. It is also a good starting point for cycling tours through the Zaanstreek, Laag Holland or to the coast. There are also possibilities to stay with children (8+) and if you are looking for a group accommodation, this B&B can accommodate up to 10 people. In the winter months you can come with a group and enjoy cheese fondue over a wood fire in the garden.

The Zaanse Schans is always worth a visit, but the surrounding villages such as Jisp, de Rijp and Broek in Waterland are also worth a visit! Visit the Museum in 't Houten Huis in de Rijp or Teylers Museum in Haarlem. Walking or sailing in the Eilandspolder is beautiful and you can explore the Wormer- and Jisperveld by canoe. Also, the Trekvogelpad runs almost along the accommodation. In between a day of shopping? Take a walk across the Zaan bend or take the train to the centre of Alkmaar, Haarlem or Amsterdam. From Saenliefde several restaurants can be reached on foot. For a wider choice, you only need to drive 15 minutes by car.
